Have you ever chosen to buy a product or service from a company because their website was impressive, current and inviting? Maybe you bought or signed up because you could relate to and connect with the firm. Well it was time for Kison Inc. to have a fresh new look that reflects our services and give our clients, prospects and network of friends the full perspective of who we really are.
Launching a new website is a lot more work than I originally thought and required hard work to get it right. There have been several iterations of the site over the last 21 years. The first several were really electronic brochures and really didn’t give people a reason to come back. Given our commitment to be a source for “Growth Through Learning”, I knew it was time to create a website that would become a resource for people committed to personal and professional development. I also want to earn the right to be a destination that people want to tell their friends about. What you will find in the new https://www.kison.com site is archived newsletters and articles, videos of me talking about what is important to me, information on our services and some wonderful clients saying nice things about me. (no one was paid or told what to say which makes their comments even more impressive!) The goal is to use this blog to keep you informed on upcoming events, trends we are following and things that will impact those who want to improve how they sell, serve, lead, and build strong organizations. We will be posting new videos of what interests, challenges or amuses me and you based on your input. I hope that you find something that inspires you here or that you will be willing to share your best ideas or comments that will help others Grow Through Learning.
I am really excited about the Online Learning section of our website. myKISON has grown tremendously and has become a key tool and resource for improving personal and organizational success for many of our clients. I’d love discuss with you how it can positively impact your career and take you to the next level. For those of you who are interested in purchasing an annual license, I am extending a 10% discount until September 30, 2012.

“The growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership.”
