Now, let me tell you a little bit about my philosophy when it comes to working with individuals.

When we work together, there are five steps we will take to inspire your growth and create an actionable plan to enable you to realize your full potential and maximize your impact.
Motivation: Together we will identify your “Why” and refine what motivates, inspires and drives you to make a difference and have a positive impact.
Assess: Then, we will identify who you really are. Using a variety of tools, we will conduct a personality and strengths assessment, identify blind spots and self-limiting beliefs, and determine what areas need to be developed.
Development Plan: Very intentionally, we will create a plan that will guide your growth and development over the long haul. You will know exactly what to do to get to and stay at the top so that you can be the best “you” possible.
Coaching and Support: Finally, you will have me in your corner as your coach, resource, and supporter. I am there to ensure you have a realistic sense of your current state and have a plan and the tools to grow and feel good about your progress while continuing to challenge you to take it to the next level.
A coach helps us become what we can’t be on our own and creates a safe space to work through challenges and issues that we can’t or shouldn’t share with others.

Ralph has been providing his strategy, coaching, and consulting services since 1991.
Ralph’s passion and expertise for transforming individuals and organizations through coaching and learning is drawn from a career which spans several decades working across diverse sectors, including architectural, engineering, environmental services, geotechnical, construction, building products, distribution, and insurance firms.
He is a professional development and growth expert who has impacted the lives of thousands of professionals with over 30 years of experience.

Ralph’s experience includes teaching professional sales courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and the VANSEC I program for Sales and Marketing Executives International of Vancouver (SMEI).
He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia Marketing and Sales Management Program. He is also a Certified Marketing Executive (CME) and Certified Sales Executive (CSE).
