The coaching program will focus on assisting your leaders to leverage their strengths and reveal gaps or areas requiring improvement utilizing resources and material from the training program to meet performance goals and expectations. The coaching program will focuses primarily on professional development and however personal goals and achieving work and life balance will be discussed.
