Ralph's career spans over 25 years in sales, management and consulting with experience in retail, business-to-business, and professional services environments. Before establishing Kison in 1991, Ralph was involved in executive search, recruiting sales and marketing staff, and previously was a sales executive for a large industrial manufacturing company in their consumer products division.

Organizations look to Ralph as a facilitator for corporate renewal and growth and as a management coach to a wide range of industries and organizations. He brings passion and commitment to each client and project, helping organizations and their people achieve their full potential through the acquisition of new skills and applying proven business development processes and techniques.

An accomplished speaker, Ralph has addressed numerous organizations and groups across North America and was a regular guest speaker on Canada's top rated radio business program - Money Talks, on the Corus Radio Network. Ralph is a graduate of the University of British Columbia Marketing and Sales Management Program. He was an instructor of professional sales courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and has co-authored and instructed the VANSEC I professional selling skills program offered by the Sales and Marketing Executives (SME) of Vancouver. Ralph is a past President (1993-1994) of SME Vancouver and is past President of the Canadian Society for Marketing Professional Services (CSMPS), Vancouver.
