Neil ZambikNeil Zambik is a strong believer that effective and profitable companies are a result of the utilization of leading Strategic Human Resources Management practices.

Neil Zambik has been working as a Strategic Human Resources consultant since 1999 after completing a successful fifteen year career with a leading Canadian retailing and manufacturing organization. During his career, he held progressively more senior roles within the organization culminating in the position of Director, People Development and Communications, while serving as a member of the Senior Management Team.

Neil's career experience has included many diverse aspects of the Human Resources Management function along with direct field operations experience. Neil's expertise is in the area of Strategic Human Resources Management techniques while focusing on creative leading edge people strategies. He utilizes his strong business background as the focal point for effectively working with Senior Management Teams in organizations.

Neil's approach is very proactive in nature. He handles all situations with an upbeat, positive attitude and has a desire to develop people from a whole life perspective, helping people become the best they can be while ensuring positive bottom line results for organizations.

Complementing Neil's vast experience is a Commerce Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of British Columbia, along with holding the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation since 1994.

Neil is a member of the B.C. Human Resources Management Association, served as Co-Chair of the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Designation Marketing Committee and was the Chair of the B.C. Membership Committee for the Governor General's Canadian Study Conference 2000. He has been spoken at the Commerce Faculty at the University of British Columbia and at the annual Rotary Youth Leadership Awards for British Columbia.
