Marie has over 20 years experience in senior management roles with national and international organizations. She has held positions as Director of Corporate Communications and National Training Manager for a retail chain of over 60 stores, Western Regional Sales Manager for one of North America's major window covering manufacturers, and National Sales Manager of Home Furnishings for a major department store chain. Her expertise is in providing training and development for individuals and corporate teams in customer contact. Her expertise covers a wide variety of training environments from Sales, Customer Service and Telephone Techniques, to Management Development.
