His specialties include working with professional services firms and specifically architecture, engineering and construction sectors (AEC).

Ralph Kison is President of Kison Inc., Professional Development Specialists and Growth Through Learning Inc., an e-learning firm.

Ralph’s passion for transforming individuals and organizations through coaching and learning is drawn from a career which spans several decades working across diverse sectors, including architectural, engineering, environmental services, geotechnical, construction, building products, distribution and insurance firms.

Ralph’s experience includes teaching professional sales courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and the VANSEC I program for Sales and Marketing Executives International of Vancouver (SMEI).

Education and Memberships

Ralph is a graduate of the University of British Columbia Marketing and Sales Management Program. He is also a Certified Marketing Executive (CME) and Certified Sales Executive (CSE).

Ralph’s memberships include:
